Every Bebek product comes with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

What is Covered: We will replace or repair any product that shows a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

• Electronic malfunctions in thermometers.

• Faulty seals or structural flaws in bottles and cups.

• Defective mechanisms in our care kits or aspirators.

What is Not Covered: To maintain our premium standards, the warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., silicone nipples naturally degrading over time).

• Misuse or accidental damage (e.g., dropping a thermometer).

• Damage caused by improper cleaning or sterilization (e.g., melting parts by leaving them in boiling water without enough clearance).

📦 Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

• 14-Day Window: You may return or exchange any unused Bebek product within 14 days of delivery.

• The Hygiene Rule: For the safety and health of all our babies, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on bottles, nipples, or hygiene items that have been opened or used, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

🍼 Feeding Essentials (Natural Feeling Bottles, Nipples & BOBO Cups)

Hygiene is critical for feeding. Always wash your hands before handling sterilized bottles.

• First Use: Before the very first use, disassemble all parts and boil them in water for 5 minutes.

• Daily Cleaning: Wash all parts immediately after each feeding using warm water and a mild baby-safe liquid cleanser. Use a dedicated bottle brush to reach all corners.

• Sterilization: Our bottles and nipples are safe for boiling, steam sterilizers, and cold-water sterilization methods. If boiling, ensure there is enough water so parts do not touch the sides of the pot.

• When to Replace: For optimal safety and hygiene, inspect nipples before each use by pulling them in all directions. Replace nipples every 2 to 3 months, or immediately at the first sign of wear, stickiness, or tearing.

🛁 Hygiene & Grooming (Care Kits & Nasal Care)

Gentle care for sensitive routines.

• Nasal Aspirators: After every use, disassemble the aspirator completely. Wash the silicone tip and collection chamber with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air-dry completely before reassembling to prevent any mold growth.

• Nail Clippers & Scissors: Wipe the metal blades with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol before and after use. Keep them dry and store them in their protective case to prevent rusting.

• Hairbrushes: Wash gently with warm water and a drop of mild baby shampoo. Rinse and lay flat on a towel to dry.

🌡️ Health & Electronics (Thermometers)

Precision care for accurate readings.

• Cleaning the Sensor: After each measurement, gently wipe the thermometer tip/sensor with a soft cloth or a cotton swab moistened with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

• Water Warning: Our electronics are designed for durability but are not waterproof. Never submerge your thermometer in water or hold it directly under a running tap.

• Storage: Store in its protective case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat can weaken silicone and plastic over time. Store all feeding and hygiene items in a clean, dry cupboard.
